What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, email, optional phone number, and the details of your apartment search or marketing project. If you subscribe to our emails, we keep your email address and whether you're a renter, agent or owner.
How we use it
- Renter inquiries are forwarded to the licensed broker or owner who represents the apartment you asked about, only after you agree on the form.
- Agent and landlord inquiries are used to reply with a marketing proposal.
- Email subscribers receive new listings and market notes. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor requests within 10 business days at most, usually right away.
We don't sell your information, and we never ask about or use race, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, family status, citizenship or source of income.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe.
